A tradition of caring
When it comes to handling your real estate needs, Tracy MacCosham knows there is a distinct difference between personal attention and appealing to the masses. Handling your concerns on an individual, personalized basis requires an intricate process that involves time, patience and attention to detail.
Tracy's grandfather, Vic MacCosham, who founded MacCosham Van Lines in 1913, along with her father Rod MacCosham, influenced her caring attitude. From early times of the horse-drawn dray when the late R.V. MacCosham first started in the storage and cartage business, the family business expanded until its modern transportation and distribution facilities extended into a network serving key markets across the continent. Under this influence, Tracy quickly learned the importance of handling client's possessions with care, concern and speed.
When you're ready to put your home on the market, Tracy MacCosham will help you maximize the investment you have in your home. With Tracy as your Realtor, you can rest assured knowing that you'll get a quick sale, for top dollar.
In addition, Tracy brings a teaching background to her real estate career. In earning her Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta, and teaching preschool for ten years, Tracy learned the essential skills of research, planning, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Tracy began her career in the real estate industry as a show home hostess. She earned her designation as a professional realtor in 1997. About two years later she moved to RE/MAX. With such a rich tradition in serving people, it's not surprising that many families in the Edmonton area know and trust Tracy to handle their real estate needs.
